Noble Star Health is a private home care service, servicing medically fragile children throughout the state of Georgia. We service children with various conditions such as Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Wheelchair Bond, Muscular Dystrophy, Hydrocephalus and many more. We are an approved GAPP company (Georgia Pediatric Program) focused on providing a individualized care plan and quality care.
Our mission is to provide a full spectrum of professional services to children with developmental and physical abilities/ disabilities. We want to positively impact as many lives as possible while supporting families and creating communities. There is strength in numbers and you are not alone!
